Terms of service
Last updated 12 August 2026
These terms cover your use of Holidr. By connecting your inbox you agree to them. They are written plainly on purpose; if a lawyer's version ever disagrees with this page, the lawyer wins.
What Holidr does
Holidr reads your work email to assemble your trips, and drafts replies, follow-ups and proposals for you. It is an assistant, not an autopilot. Nothing is sent from your mailbox without your approval, and proposals, pricing and cancellations are always drafted for you to send yourself, never automatically.
Your account
You are responsible for the mailbox you connect and for reviewing what Holidr drafts before you approve it. Holidr helps you work faster; the judgment, and the send, remain yours. Do not use Holidr for anything unlawful, or to send mail you are not entitled to send.
Availability and change
Holidr is offered as is, and during the founding period it is early software: features change, and it can have gaps or downtime. We do our best to keep it working and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or never make a mistake in a draft. Always read a draft before you approve it.
Your data and leaving
What Holidr does with your data is described in the privacy policy. You can disconnect and permanently delete everything at any time from Settings, which also revokes Holidr's access to your Google account. When you do, your data is erased and cannot be recovered.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Holidr is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the product, including a draft you approved and sent. This does not limit anything that cannot be limited by law.
