The Dunhams · Honeymoon, Amalfi
Behind this evening: 27 emails filed, the villa chased twice, one proposal drafted and signed by you.
The DMC that went quiet, the balance due Friday, the remittance that came up short, the forty live trips' worth of filing. Holidr works your agency inbox like a good back-office assistant: everything lands on the right trip, every overdue thing gets a drafted chase, every commission gets checked. You approve, and the day goes back to selling travel.
Nothing sends without your approval. Ever. Read how it works
Holidr is in early access, so Google shows a "this app isn't verified" notice when you connect your inbox. That is expected. Choose Advanced, then Continue. Your inbox stays private, and you can delete everything at any time.

Honeymoon, Amalfi in June?
Hi! A friend passed on your name. We are thinking two weeks, a villa with a sea view, somewhere quiet for the last few nights...

The deal
Holidr is not another tool to feed. It is the back office your agency never hired, and the line between its job and yours is drawn in ink.
Done for you, logged on the trip, ready to approve.
The work that wins and keeps clients. Untouched.
Your clients never see Holidr. Only your brand, doing impressively prompt work.
The day's mail
No data entry, no CRM to feed. The mail comes in, Holidr reads it, and each piece lands on the right trip with its outcome already stamped.
The part you signed up for
The admin behind each one is why Holidr exists. Every photo here has a stack of filed emails, chased suppliers and checked figures behind it that nobody had to think about after six o'clock.

Off your desk
Each one arrives finished, as a draft with your name on it. You give the final word.
Unconfirmed suppliers, unpaid balances, missing documents. Every overdue thing turns into a written nudge, reason attached, ready to approve with one tap.
Ask for villas in Paros under 4,000 and Holidr searches the sites you trust, then lays real properties with live prices on the trip. Tick the good ones, the client email drafts itself.
Every booking's promised commission is noted. When the remittance lands, even as a PDF, the number is checked. Short or missing, you hear about it with the figures ready.

Your trips, assembled from the mail while you slept.
How the back office runs itself
Sign in with Google and Holidr starts on your inbox as it stands. No setup, no importing, no CRM to feed.
Every email and attachment, as it arrives. It pulls the facts that matter: dates, balances, booking references, commission, even out of a PDF invoice.
Each message lands on the right trip's record, or opens a new one. Filed wrong? One click fixes it, and the fix teaches it your book.
Anything overdue or unanswered becomes a written chase, reply or proposal in your voice, with the reason pinned to it.
Approve, tweak or bin. Ten clean approvals in a category and you can switch it to auto-send with an undo window. Proposals, pricing and cancellations never send themselves. That rule lives in the code.
You always sign.
